Anyone knows a way to have a thread/post in different places/locations, without moving the thread/post, and let a link on the old location of the post?

I think you can achieve this by selecting the thread in the moderation tools and selecting “Move threads”. In the “Redirection notice”, select “Leave a permanent redirect”. That should do it.

I know that, but is there a way to do that without moving the thread and leave a redirect?

Sadly, yeah, it's definitely going to be a 2023 release, at best. I hope we hear something soon, but of course good things come to those who wait :D
