What social media platform do you use to promote your content?

I use a combination of social media platforms to promote my content and I find some do well than others.

What is your favourite social media platform and what one works for you?

I will be writing an article soon about the social media that works for me and how to get the most of those platforms.

I’ve not had much luck with social media. I’d be interested in finding out how other people are using it to drive traffic.

Reddit is the best tool if used correctly. Have you ever used it and what did you do to promote your content on there?

Not had much luck with Reddit. My community is in a niche where people are very protective and over cautious when it comes to sharing links.

You'll need to do all the leg work as a administrator to promote your community and help it grow.

It's no good sharing links to other discussions unless that discussion has something insightful or useful. I find that listicles attract more views, especially over a certain amount of time. Write a listicle in your niche, find a relevant subreddit and share it in there on an account specifically for this purpose. Do not aim for big subreddits with millions but rather a subreddit with 100s or 1,000s.

A month ago, I ended buying ADS on Reddit. Pay like £460 for a week and I ended with just one user I think from there :)
I suck when it comes to plan something like that :)

Ads on those kinds of platforms are a waste of money.

The method above is free and draws traffic if done correctly.

I use Twitter and Facebook. Both are a good source for driving real, targeted traffic and generating backlinks for SEO boost.

Which method are you talking about?
Give me some details how to use it :)

Literally said it there. Just take your time with it and don't make it look spammy and you'll be fine. There's a lot of Karma exchange subreddits that can help you get your karma up so you'll be able to post in those busy subreddits. Try understand the platform before you go right in.

I have a hiking brand and I use a lot of heavy social media marketing for it.

I'm on YouTube, IG, FB, Twitter, and TikTok. My best is FB and YT. My YT videos are really my main content.

I also have a popular website and a 600+ subscriber newsletter. My newsletter grows about 100 subscribers a week but I'm doing heavy promotion for it.

Social media works when building a community and focus primarily on Native Content.
